Application of Vacuum Evaporator:

For vacuum concentration of fruit pulp, milk, tomato pulp vacuum evaporator is used.

Process:

The product is fed inside the vacuum pan which is heated under the vacuum by steam passing through steam jackets. The machine is fitted with a slow speed stirrer which helps in eliminating charring of the product.

1) All the body is made in SS 304. 
2) Bottom half is provided with steam jacket with adequate stiffners.
3) Man hole is provided at the top for cleaning.

Process:

The fruits and vegetables are fed in the coarse pulping chamber where due to blades and brushes the fruit is pressed against the sieve. The extracted pulp passes through the perforations in the sieve and stone and skin are pushed forward and discharged from the other end. The pulp is then passed through the fine sieve to refine the pulp and remove the fine skin. The refined pulp can be collected and processed further.

Application:

Suitable for pasteurizing the fruit/vegetable pulp and other viscous products by heating it at appropriate temperature for suitable time. 
Process:

The pulp is fed into the SS tube of pasteurizer from one end. The SS tube is heated with steam on the outside. There is a rotor in the SS tube with Teflon scrapers mounted on it. The scrapers ensure that the pulp does not stick to the surface of the tube to prevent charring and push the pulp forward to discharge it at the other end in the set time.

The product is fed in the crushing chamber where they are crushed by the coming in between the SS jaws and the serrated structure on the lining of the wall of the chamber. SS sieve is provided at the bottom and the product is discharged from the bottom after sieving.
