Fruit Pulp Plant

We are offering our clients with lay out of the fruit pulp plant that is integrated with a series of machines that are used for accomplishing the complete processing of mango. These plants deliver the output in the form of pulp, juice and puree. These plants operate on the following principle:

• Dumping of raw mangoes into the first machine of the plant
• The first machine sends the fruit through a series of processing steps such as washing, inspection, pulping, pasteurizing and mixing
• These machines can also include packaging machinery for packing the final product

The series of machines can include a wide variety of machines depending upon the output desired. Fabricated using quality assured SS, our fruit pulp plant can be used for the processing of different fruits like guava, papaya, tomato to name a few. These machines can be interconnected by means of conveyors and elevators for making the plant continuous.

·         Suitable for inspection, preparation and transportation of  fruits and vegetables
·         Divided into 3 lanes. The central lane receives the product from the washer. The two lanes at the sides are used for preparation of the product. Waste pockets provided at the sides are used for disposing the waste products.
·         Incase of sorting, the product is received in the side lanes
·         Variable speed drive for varying speed of conveyor belt as per the product requirement
·         Food quality endless conveyor belt
·         Ergonomic design ensures ease of operation for the workers

• Suitable for elevating and discharging fruits and vegetables.
• Overlapping buckets avoid spillage of the product.
• Perforated / non-perforated stainless steel buckets.
• The body of the elevator, tie rods, feed and discharge hopper etc are made out of S.S 304.
• The discharge height can range from 1500mm to 5000mm.
• Kit form for easy assembly at site.
• Sturdy construction and streamlined appearance.

• Suitable for pulping fruits like mango, guava, tomato, papaya, amla etc.
• Special design in which the covers are openable type ensuring ease in cleaning and maintenance
• The Pulper is two in one type. It is fitted with one coarse sieve & one fine sieve mounted one below the other.
• The pulp from coarse sieve is transmitted to fine sieve automatically.
• The coarse pulper is fitted with blades/brushes depending upon the product while the fine pulper is fitted with brushes only.
• The complete body is made out of Stainless steel rectangular pipes.
• All the covers, feed hopper, discharge hopper, pulp collection hopper etc. are made out of SS 304.

·          Suitable for thorough mixing of the tomato pulp with other ingredients

·          SS cylindrical tank with conical bottom

·          Fitted with propeller type mixing stirrer

·          Appropriate inlet, outlet connections are provided

• Suitable for pasteurizing the products like fruit pulp of mangoes, papayas, guavas, peaches, juice concentrates, etc.
• Continuous scraping action ensures uniform heating of products and prevents product fouling/charring.
• Stainless steel tube, Center shaft with Teflon scrapers.
• Positive displacement pump for constant feed.
• Also used as a thin film evaporator for concentration of thick viscous products. 

• The main pan and the steam jacket both are made out of S.S. 304.
• The kettle is fitted with all the necessary steam fittings like safety valve, pressure gauge, steam inlet, steam condensate assembly etc.
• The vat can heat or cool the contents depending upon the input. If the input is steam then the vat will heat the product and if the input is chilled water then the vat will cool the product.
• The kettle is designed for a working pressure of 50 psi.
• All the material coming in contact with the product is made out of S.S. 304.

• The Pulper is single stage type. The user can either fit the coarse sieve or fine sieve depending upon the product and application.
