Fruit Juice Processing Plant

We are proficient in designing and supplying different juice processing lines for all kinds of fruits such as apple, mango, orange, papaya, grape and pineapple. These processing lines are provided on a turnkey basis with a series of machines for hygienic extraction and packaging of pure juice. The juice can be filled in PET plastic bottles by means of a hot filling system and then placed in cartons for bulk packing.

We also supply the equipment with aseptic bag packing, followed by iron drums for transportation for concentrated juices.

Our company is engaged in manufacturing of rotary pump fillers, that are used for filling various products such as fruit juices, juice concentrates, jams, fruit pulp, sauces and other viscous and semi-viscous products. Designed using advanced techniques, these fillers have variable filling speeds with optimum filling accuracy, minimum spillage and high productivity. Our machines are constructed from graded steel and can be availed in varied specifications.
