Inspection Conveyor for IQP Plant
| We have in store for our clients, a heavy duty range of inspection conveyors for IQP plants that carry out the functions of washing & inspection of fruits & vegetables. Designed using S.S. of 304 grade, these inspection conveyors are easy to clean as these can be opening the covers.
These conveyors operate on the following principle:
• Fruits & vegetables are fed on the wire mesh belt of the conveyor for movement
• During its movement, these are manually inspected
• Then these are subjected to fresh water spray for thorough washing

Elevator

Blancher
| - Suitable for blanching of vegetables such as green peas, mushroom, okhra, cauliflower etc.
- Complete Stainless steel construction with specially designed perforated screw type rotary drum.
- Positive variable speed drive to set the blanching time depending upon the product to be blanched.
- Special scooping arrangement to discharge the blanched product positively from the blancher to the discharge chute.
- Lifting arrangement to lift the top cover of the blancher.
- Complete with all the connections like – water inlet, outlet, overflow, steam connection etc.

Cooler
- Suitable for cooling the blanched fruits & vegetables with normal & chilled water.
- The product is first cooled with normal water using a special spray arrangement
- The product is immersed completely in chilled water and a spray of chilled water is also provided to ensure that the product is cooled completely
- Water collection tank with outlet is provided
- Made completely from S.S. with feed and discharge chute.

De Watering Conveyor for IQP Plant
